Research question

Does an instruction enable a trained operator to choose the permitted next step and know when to stop? Completion or a quiz score does not prove live application.

Test design

Use redacted cases for normal work, missing inputs, conflicting sources, access failure, and a consequential exception. Record version, evidence, escalation, rubric, and time.

Interpretation

Classify misses as ambiguity, training gap, tool friction, source failure, or application error. A safe escalation can be correct; nationality is not role evidence.

Limits and next step

A controlled exercise cannot represent every workload condition. Revise points where multiple people fail and retest before expanding access or volume.
