Research question

What minimum information and system capability does a specific workflow require? Job titles are too broad; map permissions to tasks and evidence.

Method

List each task, record, action, sensitive field, exception, and reviewer. Test view, create, edit, export, delete, approve, and administrator capabilities separately.

Evaluation

A permission is justified when removing it prevents an approved action and no safer handoff works. Convenience and shared credentials are not sufficient evidence.

Decision and retest

Record grants, denials, owners, results, monitoring, and review dates. Retest after task, tool, client, integration, location, or staffing changes.
